Welcome to TST 24/7 Health & Fitness, we are a family run private personal training gym based in Lisburn. Our gym incorporates an intimate, safe space for all clients with an exclusive private membership that also has limited numbers.

Once you have made the decision to work with us we will arrange a full health screen & consultation so that we can get specific on your goals and come up with a plan together on how to make them happen for you.

Success without fulfilment is the ultimate failure.

Health, Fitness & wellbeing has always been a passion of mine, which is why I have dedicated 30 years within the Health sector in Northern Ireland. Throughout this time clients have become great friends and together we have embarked on setting targets & achieving goals.
